MORNING TOUR - COOKING CLASS

A cyclo will pick you up from your hotel in District 1 or District 3. Enjoy a 30-minute tour of the city by cyclo.

8:30 AM MEET GUIDE, EXPERIENCE AND JOIN CLASS

Arrive at Ben Thanh Market and meet your guide. After choosing the dishes you will cook, explore the market and learn how to select the freshest ingredients under the direct guidance of your cooking tour guide.

Walk 5 Minutes to the Cooking Venue: Here, you will learn knife skills, how to season and decorate dishes, and cook your selected meals with direct instruction from an English-speaking chef. After cooking, you will savor the dishes you have prepared.

Post-Cooking Activities: After cooking and eating, you are free to explore the city on your own, or staff can help you hail a taxi back to your hotel.

COOKING MENU:

Guests and the guide will select ingredients at the market for the following dishes:

Main Course (choose one): Chicken PHO, caramelized fish in clay pot, caramelized pork ribs, grilled pork vermicelli, braised chicken with lemongrass and chili, vegetarian pho, or braised tofu and mushrooms.

Second Dish (choose one): Spring rolls deep-fried stuffed squash blossoms, papaya salad, or vegetarian spring rolls.

Third Dish (choose one): Pancakes with shrimp and pork, or vegetarian pancakes.

Fourth Dish: The chef will prepare and serve stir-fried vegetables with garlic.
